New Heights

I know I've mentioned before that I'm a tall kid. My pediatrician tells me that I'm taller than at least 90% of other kids my age! Look at how I'm tall enough to look out of the window...

...with a little help of course. I said I'm a tall kid, not a giant! Hee!

Zoo-bee-doo-bee-doo

Before the summer rush, my mom and dad took me to the zoo. It was a perfect day! No crowds, and it was nice and cool outside. Here I am with my mom learning about the bees. She doesn't think I'm ready yet to learn about the birds along with the bees, so we just stuck to the bees.

Here's my mom having a snack. We got to watch the gorillas hanging out. They're huge!

The sign read "Ocelot," but it looked a lot like a kitty cat to me.

Um, yeah. I was so not ready for the merry-go-round. My mom thought it would be a good photo op. Put the camera down, Mom. NO merry-go-round. She's like the paparazzi.

I got to sleep while my mom and dad made the 2.5 mile trek back to the parking lot. It was an awesome day!!

Splish Splash

My mom loves summertime. I think I do, too. Summer arrived early around these parts, so we've been spending a lot of time at the neighborhood pool. There's a splash area just for little kids like me. Check out these pictures of me having all kinds of fun.

The end.

Thrill of the Fight

Outta my way, Rocky Balboa! Wait. I have a feeling I won't think this is all that cute when I'm grown up.

Chuggachugga-Choo-Choo!

Last weekend, my mom and dad surprised me with a train ride on the New Hope Valley Railway. It. Was. Awesome! We got to check out some old trains, and then we rode on a passenger car through the woods.

Here's the caboose. I learned that the train car connected to the end of the passenger car is also called a caboose.

Here I am taking in the sights.

Here are some guys at a railroad crossing. They're making sure regular cars don't get in our way. I had a great time, and I can't wait to take another ride.

Party Time. Excellent.

I recently was invited to a birthday party. My friend, Cameron, turned two years old. He sure knows how to throw a party.

Check this out. A jumping castle!

Pretty cool, huh?

Oh, and here's the birthday boy himself. Happy birthday, Cameron!

Good Morning!

I know it isn't easy for my mom and dad to wake up when I wake up. To make it less miserable, I just do this. I'm sure a little bit o' cute helps get the day started at the buttcrack of dawn.
