My mom and dad have been arguing over who I got my rhythm from ever since I introduced my moves a few days ago. Here I am in my car seat jamming out to Fergie on the radio. Pretty good, huh? I'm not so sure it was either of my parents who gave me my rhythm. I've seen them dance. They really shouldn't.

Mittens Smitten
My mom's friend, Erin (you must check out her blog), has a mom named Sal who is a mitten-knitting machine. I got lucky, and she sent me a pair of her handmade creations. Aren't they the coolest? Spring is here, so I won't need them anymore to keep my hands warm, but they sure do make fantastic teethers! Nom, nom, nom. Thank you, Sal!!
Like Father Like Son
When my mom tries to put me down for a nap, I see it as a challenge, so I fight tooth and nail to stay awake. I think she likes it because it makes her laugh when I wake myself up by swinging my arms around and wiggling around in her arms. With my dad, on the other hand, there's something about him that makes me want to sleep. I don't know what it is, but apparently I have that effect on him, too.

Splish Splash
I'm starting to really like bath time. Now that my motor skills are a little more developed, I can actually play in the water. I also like splashing water on my mom and dad. It cracks me up. Hey, it's not like they couldn't use a bath, too (especially Daddy).
Don't even think about it.
