A Photo Montage

Now that I'm mobile, my mom has been having a tough time taking pictures of me.  When I was a fledgling neonate, it was easy for my mom to set me in position and snap the camera and get a perfect shot every time.  Lately, however, this is what she often gets when she tries to take pictures of me:

She should probably learn how to take more action shots.  Just saying.

If anyone hates the camera, it would be my mom.  I think she hates it even more than Emmett.  So, don't get used to seeing pictures of her on this blog.  Although I do have to say that my dad should try to sneak a few pictures of her anyway.  Aren't my mom and I cute together?

Here are a couple of pics of my elusive furry brother.  Emmett hates the camera so much, he will run away whenever it's pointed at him.  This time, however, my mom was a little more stealthy and was able to snap some pictures before Emmett noticed.

Foiled Again...and Again!

Isn't it bad enough that I have to sleep in a cage?  Now I have to play in a cage, too!

And now the stairs are blocked off!?!  What gives?  I promised my mom and dad that I wouldn't eat anything off of the floor, pull on electrical cords, try to dive headfirst down the stairs, have staring contests with the dog, or pull things down from shelves.  OK, that was one time--ONE time or maybe four or five or six!  Geez, can't a baby have a second chance??

Squeaky Clean

Dinnertime is often messy, bib or no bib.  That's why I always have to take a bath after dinner.

That's cool.  I like bath time.  Check out my awesome 'do.

I am not an animal.

That is why I don't think I should have to sleep in this cage.  I should be allowed to sleep in my mom and dad's bed.

Just wait.  One of these days, I am going to climb out of this crib in the middle of the night and jump in bed with them.  Whether they like it or not!  Rawwrrr!  Oops.

Sweet Ride

Check out the new wheels.  I got a sweet new stroller last week.  It handles curbs way better than the other stroller.  My mom decided that my old stroller works better in the mall, and this one is for the hilly terrain in the neighborhood.  Here I am getting ready to go on a trek in the great outdoors.

My mom is making sure I'm comfy.  Check!

My mom also says that the stroller will help her get in shape.  Here she is pretending to stretch out her legs.  Look closely:  not one bead of sweat.

OK, so maybe she did get a workout from pushing me around for a few miles.  As for me, I just chilled in my new ride.  So comfy, I fell fast asleep on the way back to the house.
